Who Reviews the Hosts?
For existing hosting users, HostsLeague.com provides an independent platform on which they can share their experiences and gain exposure for their own websites in return.
Anyone can submit a review on a host listed on HostsLeague.com, simply by posting it onto the relevant host’s page.
How Do I Review a Listed Host?
Just visit the detail page of the host you wish to review and look for the review form near the bottom of the page. Fill in the form and rate the host by assigning a number of stars for each rating.
What Do the Review Ratings Mean?
Currently, there are 5 ratings for each product:
- Features – How much functionality the host offers.
- Uptime – How reliable the host is at providing hosting.
- Support – When you need help, this is how effective the host’s support is.
- Value – How much you get from the host, relative to the price you pay?
- Overall Rating – The overall score for the host, taking into account the other ratings.
What Do Reviewers Get in Return for Posting Reviews?
Published reviews are accredited with a link which in turn helps to promote the author’s own website. It makes it nice and easy for people reading your reviews to click through to your website.
Why Do Reviewers Have to Submit Details Along With Reviews?
This is to help ensure that a real person is filling in the review form. Your email address will never be published and your details will not be stored with any third party.
Why Isn’t Host X Listed?
