I’ve been with Reseller Zoom for a few years now and for the most part the experience has been good. This is probably mainly due to the fact that my hosting needs are not very demanding so I’ve required very little in the way of support.

What support I have required has varied. When they had a smaller customer base, support was better. As time’s gone on and they’ve grown due to their success, support has suffered.

For example, earlier this year, their prices went up without any email warning meaning that the first I knew was when I fell into arrears with my account due to my PayPal subscription not covering the new cost of the package I’m on.

Anyway, the package was peanuts to begin with so a couple of extra bucks really made little difference. It’s still good value and uptime is good.

Feature-wise, you also get a lot for your money. Just remember you get what you pay for.
